Dyeing has never been as easy as with the Jacquard iDye washing machine method for natural fabrics. The inner packet dissolves in water so there are no messy powders to deal with. These easy to use washing machine dyes produce stunning results. Just empty a packet into the washer, add salt, and run a wash cycle! iDye comes in 30 rich, vibrant colours that work on any 100% natural fabric such as cotton, silk, rayon and linen (for wool we recommend Jacquard Acid dyes).
iDye Poly dyes are simple to use on the stovetop in a large saucepan. Difficult polyesters and many nylons can now be dyed easily at home.
For polyester/natural blends purchase a packet of each dye, and use the stove-top method.
If you wish to achieve a strong black on a light-coloured fabric, you may need to purchase 2-4 packets more than normal.
