Eri or Peace Silks Fibres and Fabrics - Indian hand-loomed Eri/Peace Silk with Cotton Warp Natural by the metre

Hand-loomed in India from eri/Peace silk where the silkworm is allowed to emerge naturally from the cocoon, this fabric has a cotton warp thread.

The fabric will have natural slubs and variation, which are part of it's inherent charm.

We recommend washing the fabric with Synthrapol or a gentle hand wash liquid before dyeing, to remove any natural sericin.
