Payment We accept payment by Visa (except Electron), Mastercard and Maestro (UK cards only). Your card is NOT processed when you place your order. We take the payment when the goods are packed ready to be despatched.

Delivery Free delivery on orders over £75, except for orders including Trapilho selvedge yarn. 10% will be added for UK postage and packing, with a minimum of £1.50 (minimum £2.50 if the order includes paints, dyes, chemicals, books or other heavy items). Some heavy items including frames, Bubble Jet Set and Freezer paper already have the postage included in the price. Orders including Trapilho selvedge yarn will have an additional postage charge. International postage and packing for all orders will be charged at cost. Goods will normally be sent out within 3 to 5 working days (by first class post within the UK). However, please allow 28 days in case some items are out of stock. If you need your order by a particular date PLEASE mention this in the Comments section when you place your order. Discounts Orders over £150 get a 4% discount and those over £250 get a 10% discount. Some products are exempt from any further discount.
