A 3-D washable fabric glue with a fine tip, simply draw for dcorative lines, dots etc on fabric and a wide range of other surfaces - air-dry. Appliglue can be used for appliqué using a "No Sew" technique and also for all sorts of surface decoration including applying beads and sequins. Clear can be used to stick fabrics together. You can also use to apply metallic foils - use clear, or any coloured for a more 3D effect.
